Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms

  1. All services offered by NGBG — including workshops, online courses, coaching programs, automation setups, consulting, and digital products — are eligible only for a partial refund, and only under the terms mentioned here.
  2. Refund requests must be raised within 15 days of purchase.
    Refunds requested after 15 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  3. Refunds (when applicable) are issued only on the NGBG service fee, excluding:
    • Payment gateway charges
    • Taxes
    • Third-party subscription costs (if any)
  4. All refunds will be processed within 30 working days after a valid refund claim is submitted.

2. When Refunds Are NOT Applicable

Refund will not be approved in the following cases:

A. Client-Related Issues

  1. If the client does not attend the workshop, session, or training (live or recorded).
  2. If the client is unable to dedicate time, is busy, or changes personal circumstances.
  3. If the client is unable to implement the strategies or tools taught in the program.
  4. If the client stops communicating with NGBG for more than 30 days.
  5. If the client has received part of the service, templates, modules, or digital downloads.
  6. If the client has accessed more than 20% of course content.
  7. If the client shares login details or violates fair usage policies.

B. Technical / Compliance Issues

  1. If the client does not provide required information or documents to start the automation setup.
  2. If the client delays the submission of materials, business data, or required access permissions.
  3. If the client fails to provide genuine and accurate business information.
  4. If the client attempts to misuse, reverse engineer, or copy NGBG’s systems, automation workflows, or templates.
  5. If NGBG reasonably believes that a third person is trying to access the service on behalf of the client.

C. Clear Non-Refund Cases

  1. Client enrolled but now wishes to withdraw due to personal reasons.
  2. Client expected guaranteed sales, leads, or business results.
  3. Client unable to use tools like WhatsApp API, CRM, AI agents, or third-party services due to their own limitations.
  4. Client requests cancellation after training has started or materials have been issued.
  5. Client tries to defame, threaten, manipulate, or forcefully demand refunds after accessing the service.

3. NGBG Right to Terminate Services

NGBG reserves full right to terminate a client’s access without refund if:

  1. The client behaves abusively or unprofessionally with team members.
  2. The client publicly defames the company in any way.
  3. The client violates terms, misuses training materials, or breaks confidentiality.
  4. The client fails to submit required inputs within the agreed timeline.
  5. The client attempts to misuse our systems, access unauthorized areas, or breach data privacy.

4. No Guarantee Disclaimer

NGBG does not provide any guarantee regarding:

  • Leads
  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • Growth results
  • Business outcomes
  • Third-party integrations (WhatsApp API, CRMs, AI tools, etc.)

Our responsibility is to train, guide, and provide tools — implementation and results depend on the client’s effort, industry, consistency, and business systems.
